Nat Rassi, MBA – President
Nat founded Newchapter in 2003, following a seventeen-year career as both a designer and constructor of residential, justice, and medical facilities. A year later, he signed a contract to manage construction of an investor-owned student housing facility, ultimately leading to completion of five additional, similar facilities. In 2009, he took his company into uncharted waters, and under his direction, Newchapter has established itself as the nation’s leader in development of student housing facilities for College Ministries.
Nat earned his BS degree from Eastern Illinois University, and his MBA from Taylor University.
He also serves on the governing board for Kirby Hospital and is an elder at Crossroads Church of Monticello.

Ian Clark – Director of Business Development
Ian’s role as Director of Business Development has given him nation-wide recognition as a thought leader in the field of College Ministry.
Ian started his career in 2000 as a manager trainee for Enterprise. His track record of performance made him a frequent “Employee of the Month”, and catapulted him to Branch Manager after just one year and Area Manager after just three. In 2004 Ian began working for a pharmaceutical company, where he consistently ranked in top 20% for market share and was considered a leader for performance and seniority in multiple regions.
Ian’s relational skills and his mastery of social media networking and marketing has contributed to Newchapter’s success in reaching hundreds of College Ministries around the country.
Ian earned his BA degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He is a husband, father of two, and heart attack survivor.
Ian also serves with Nat as an elder of Crossroads Church of Monticello.
