Zeta Beta Tau at the University of Illinois

Newchapter has engaged in the development of two student housing facilities for ZBT Fraternity.   Our first was a 21,000 square foot facility which opened in 2004 at the University of Illinois.  This facility has twelve 4-bedroom, 2-bath suites and will accommodate up to 72 students.
